(1) The Local Level may make arrangements relating to health counselling for and treatment of the students studying at the public schools upon coordinating with the health institutions operated pursuant to the prevailing law.
(2) The responsibility to manage free health treatment in the schools of private investment and public educational trust as prescribed shall be vested in the schools concerned.
